Product Description
This is a powder coating line we specially designed for aluminium profiles with a long and thin shape.
Structure characteristics
1. Immersion tank type pretreatment system (Cement tanks are under buyer's plant construction)
2. Pretreatment crane: Special designed for easy operation. Its moving track should be embeded by buyer according to supplier's drawing.
3. This drying furnace is designed to with a forced circulating unit for heated air.
4. Powder spraying booth.
5. Recycling system for waste powder
6. Variable frequency electrical reciprocator with a stroke of 1.8m
7. Stainless steel powder barrel
8. The detailed components for high-voltage electrostatic spray system please refer to above equipment list.
9. Gas-fired curing furnace (with forced heated air circulation)
10. Convey system
The convey system is mainly composed of chain (Model: QXT250), track, driving unit, lubrication unit, chain tension adjusting unit, expansion joint, support post, hanging hook, etc. Cold rolled into shape, the convey track is made up of horizontal bend section, convey height adjusting section, joint, hanging hook, etc. Cause the horizontal height of every equipment is different, the convey height adjusting section is designed to make sure the workpiece is of right height when its coming into each equipment.
